The Chief Financial Officer will work in coordination with the CEO and COO to execute the Business Plan for timberland investments in South Australia. This position will be responsible for managing banking relationships and treasury functions, maintaining general ledger functions and annual audit requirements, and handling reporting obligations to designated parties. In addition, this position will be responsible for human resource and office administration functions.Besides a finance or accounting degree and five years’ of investment experience, we’re looking for a candidate who is a CPA or CA in good standing, with an understanding of both offshore and domestic structures. The CFO will need to work with and ensure the continued development of the investor financial model and manage the capital structure of the business and likely the company secretarial function.
