Customer Care Information Center Representative-First Notice Intake,



Chartis has an opportunity for a First Notice Intake Representative, Customer Care Information Center in their Claims Processing Center.

The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Process First Notice of Loss or First Report of injury reports for supported business lines.

Ensure customer needs/request are resolved promptly, accurately, and completely to assure customer satisfactions.

Obtain information through research of internal systems or request from external sources.

Take ownership of calls ensuring that the customers needs/request are addressed by resolving completely and promptly.

Escalate problematic or sensitive matters to Team Leader or manager.
Position Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and professional customer service skills

Must be able to produce a quality product in high production environment.

Ability to work independently.

Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

MS Office skills

Claims handling/intake experience is preferred.
