Senior Manager, Business Analytics - Social Network Analysis

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Business Analytics you will lead efforts in survey design, delivery, and data analysis. You will conduct research and gather data in an effort to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Organization Structure and Interface:
This position will report to the Director, Business Analytics – Social Network Analysis. You will collaborate with Business, Data and Quantitative Analytic professionals within the Chartis Science Team and partner with internal stakeholders to make sound decisions based on data.
Performance Objectives:
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to assist in survey design, delivery, and data analysis.
• Lead and review statistical/data/financial analyses.
• Determine strategic or operational recommendations and establish business case to support.
• Drive consensus with business partners.
• Lead the implementation of recommendation(s) for application of model/analyses.
• Manage/develop analysts and recruit candidates as needed.

Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated ability in researching, developing, and delivering innovative solutions, related to survey design and analysis.
• Experience performing analyses involving large data sets, including building and/or applying statistical models to meet practical business needs.
• Presentation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Working knowledge of computer software and tools related to Social Network Analysis.
• Ph.D/Masters. in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related discipline.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
