Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creating job descriptions and role profiles for vacancies.
  • Shortlisting & appointment of new staff. Interviewing & preparation of offers of employment.
  • Preparing, managing & keeping files and data on all staff and relevant data.
  • Preparing time attendance reports as desired.
  • Presenting deductions per employee to the accounts department so that salaries can be paid appropriately.
  • Appraising staff at specified intervals.
  • Regularly interacting with departments and their heads to improve operations and resolve problems.
  • Dealing with staff issues, complaints and suggestions.
  • Management of entire company’s insurance portfolio.
  • Dealing with maintenance issues, eg, plumbing, water, NWSC, UMEME, telephones, internet, etc
  • Keeping records of and dealing with employees’ annual leave, sick leave, disciplinary action, etc.
