iMarketing Manager Thailand

I-Marketing and Community/Conversations Portfolio Manager, responsible of:
  • Leading the strategy thinking and implementation of I-marketing communication within connection plans (internet, gaming and mobile),

  • Manage interactive engagement platform identifying relevant content, curate consumer content, deliver experience and sharing space to consumers,
Cultivate and management of conversations with consumers driving advocacy to the brands.
IMarketing Strategy Development: Development of Imarketing strategy that are in line with brand strategy to meet volume, profit and share objectives, as well as build brand equity measured via B3 that creates a dynamic personalized and 2 way conversation and  dialogue with the consumer and shopper based on :

•             Create content

•             Broadcast a human voice

•             Be always on passion areas

IMarketing Execution and Activation:

•             Development of content, production and execution of IMarketing plans, ensuring the Brand Liquid idea amplification and connection strategy objectives.

•             Lead multidisciplinary teams internally marketing , commercial  and Public Affairs and externally agencies and partners to ensure a fully integrated i-Marketing projects across all channels

•             Work closely with Global and group team to ensure strategic global alignment

Interactive Engagement Platform Management:

•             Lead precision marketing (CRM),  utilize as the cross-brand platform as the long term objective engagement tool

•             Identification and refinement of new consumer experience and rewards within interactive platform

•             Develop, identify opportunities and manage strategic alliances which extend the value of the engagement platform to the consumers and shopper

•             Develops, curates and identifies relevant content  which generates or strengthens  more meaningful relationships between our brands and people in the engagement platform

Conversation and Community Management: Voice of the Brand externally and the voice of the consumer and shopper internally, serving as a hub & having the ability to personally listen and connect (humanize the Brand), & providing feedback to many departments internally:

•             Cultivate and management conversation through experience and content

•             Listen, be the ears of our brands in social media.

•             Identify threats and opportunities in surrounding our brand and report to appropriate parties.

•             Analyze campaigns buzz and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans.

•             Create and update weekly and monthly reports and alerts of what he listen

Measurement and track on objectives: Lead the measurement and tracking communication, executional and business objectives in collaboration with K&I, and brand ensuring the plan in place reach those and adjusting in the time.

Closing projects and document learning: Lead and ensure that learning’s are documented and shared to the organization for the future.

Agency Relationship Management:  Lead agency (digital) relationships, managing resource allocation and quality control (timing, cost, creative delivery).  Manage annual assessment process and remuneration / contract negotiations.

Management of initiative budget: Responsible to manage and assignation of the entire digital budget by initiative in collaboration with finance, conducting the right routines to ensure the right execution of the budget.
