# To ensure the full understanding of the key competitor strategies# in all the areas of the company, so competitor plans and initiatives can be anticipated and actionable recommendations implemented.
# To provide accurate and timely information about the industry as well as financial figures for key competitors, so it can be translated into business opportunities

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- To understand the competitive landscape, anticipate key trends and strategies, and develop insights that translate into actionable recommendations.
- To provide strategic analysis (competitor, category & special topic) for monthly Sr. Leadership meetings
- To become a strategic business partner with key areas within the organization/system and work as internal consultant providing thought leadership.
- To collaborate with other areas to provide notable insights about competitors, anticipate their moves and adjust company strategies in order to create competitive advantages
- To promote a Competitive Intelligence Culture where key competitive information is gathered and developed in a collaborative manner and shared across the entire system (bottlers, divisions and strategic partners)
- To lead the M&A process (from strategic assessment, target selection, evaluation to PMI)
- To review daily news and if necessary create a sense of urgency with key employees and bottlers
- To review and interpret financial results of key competitors into strategic priorities
- To collaborate with LATAM and Atlanta, in order to understand global competitor strategies in Mexico, as well as anticipate opportunities and risks
- To develop and implement initiatives aligned with business plan priorities that enhance system strengths
