LEGAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT Walters People


Main Tasks:
As a Legal Management Assistant you will support a team of 3 lawyers. Your main tasks consists of:
  • Registration of new clients, creation of their profile, administrative follow-up
  • A-Z administration: agenda, meetings, phonecalls, correspondence, and occasionally travel arrangements
  • Taking care of the formulation and lay out of legal documents, minutes, reports etc.
  • Creation of a system to encode client and legal information in the archive
  • Follow-up of the legal files and carry out additional research if necessary
  • Follow-up of the Invoicing
Profile:
  • Bachelor degree in Management Assistant or equivalent
  • A first experience in the legal sector is required
  • Perfect bilingual Dutch-French, advanced knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,...)
