In November 2011, a five-year, $600 million Compact grant was signed between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) USA. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia created The Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia (MCA-I) to implement the Compact, which is designed to reduce poverty through economic growth by supporting green prosperity, community-based health and nutrition and procurement modernization. On behalf of MCA-I, we are looking for competent, capable, highly qualified and experienced professionals with local wisdom to take these exciting and challenging opportunities:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Reporting to the Board of Directors of MCA-I, the CEO will manage and coordinate the development of the implementation plans of MCA-I; including final approval of the budgets, work plans, procurement plans, and monitoring and evaluation plans related to the Compact program. In addition, the CEO will work closely with the senior leadership of relevant government units and MCA-I, and build, maintain and leverage a good network of contacts to facilitate and/or promote the program.
Candidates must have a degree (Master Degree is preferable) in business administration, finance, public administration, law, or a technical/engineering field and approximately fifteen (15) or more years experience in senior management positions in a reputable organization preferably private, government institutions or NGOs.
GREEN PROSPERITY - PROJECT DIRECTOR (GP - PD)
Reporting to the CEO, the Green Prosperity Project Director will manage $332 million. S/he will be responsible for successful implementation of the Green Prosperity (GP) Project and recruit, direct, and supervise a team of technical specialists (the GP Team) that will manage and support the primary activities of the GP Project. In addition, the Green Prosperity Project Director will serve as the main contact for the GP Project with Government of Indonesia counterparts, civil society, GP project beneficiaries, community and private sector representatives, service providers, province and district multi-stakeholder forums. 
Candidates must have a Master Degree in business, management, finance or similar discipline with approximately fifteen (15) or more years of professional experience, including approximately seven (7) years of demonstrated experience managing large finance, renewable energy, agriculture and/or rural economic development projects. 
LEGAL DIRECTOR (LD)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Legal Director will participate in negotiations and prepare and advise on all types of contracts to be executed by MCA-Indonesia. The Legal Director will also advise the Board and the Management Unit (Unit Pelaksana Program) on legal issues and address legal issues as they arise. In addition, the Legal Director will cooperate with and advise representatives of Government bodies, regarding the Government’s responsibilities under the Compact, and act as the main liaison between MCA-I and MCC - USA on legal matters. 
Candidates must have university degree in law (Master degree or equivalent is preferred) and approximately ten (10) or more years of relevant experience working at a law firm or as legal counsel in Indonesia, preferably with some experience as counsel in a commercial or not-for-profit entity. 
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (HRO)
Reporting to the Finance & Administration Director, the Human Resources Officer will support up to 100 staff. S/he will assist in the preparation and implementation of MCA-I staffing plans, develop and implement training system, staff appraisal and compensation scheme for employees. In addition, the Human Resources Officer will develop HR policies and procedures and maintain HR records. 
Candidates must have a Master Degree in human resources (preferred) and or law or related field with minimum ten years (for Master Degree) or thirteen years (for Bachelor Degree) of relevant professional experience.
