Principal Consultant, Middle East and North Africa

Are you a senior level consultant experienced in working with civil society in the Middle East and North Africa?
INTRAC is recruiting a principal consultant who will develop and deliver on consultancies and programme work in that region and contribute to developing the knowledge base and expertise of the organisation.
INTRAC (International NGO Training and Research Centre) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to strengthening the effectiveness of civil society organisations across the world, particularly those working in the international development sector.
INTRAC is based in Oxford, England, as is this role. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. The job involves frequent travel to the MENA region.
You must speak fluent Arabic and English (French is an asset) and have proven expertise in designing, leading, and reporting on major assignments including developing proposals.
You must also have expertise in at least one of INTRAC's core areas of competency, which include capacity building, organisational development, monitoring and evaluation, research, advocacy, and project and programme design.
