Programme Manager – Haiti

We are looking for a Programme Manager for a two year fixed term contract to work in Haiti.  Reporting to the Head of Partner Projects, you will have a strong track record of working at a senior level within an international development organisation, experience or working preferably in Haiti or French Caribbean, and can demonstrate significant experience of leading on partnership development, impact monitoring and supply chain development.

You will be working and supporting Mary’s Meals partners in Haiti, initially to review and recommend appropriate models for the procurement and delivery of food and services to enable continued success of the school feeding programme in Haiti.

We are looking for a highly resilient person who is able to work independently with excellent people and communication skills. It is also essential that you have cultural sensitivity and community engagement skills and experience, and also be fluent in written and spoken English and French.   You will have an understanding of the principles of international development and familiarity with using planning tools in international development, including using and developing monitoring, review and evaluation systems.

A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. social sciences, business administration or logistics) or demonstrable significant experience in a similar role is essential.
