Medical Teams International is a global relief and development organization whose mission is to demonstrate the love of Christ to people affected by disaster, conflict, and poverty around the world.
Last year our nine-hundred staff and thousands of highly skilled and trained volunteers served more than 3.4 million people, delivering in value $180 million worth of global health services in 32 countries. Our program model is primarily delivered by our excellent international programs team but also includes leveraging medicines and health products (gift-in-kind), and utilizing the expertise of highly skilled medical professionals.
MTI is now seeking our next Chief Executive Officer to bring to our team a strong visionary and strategic gift; the inspirational leadership to mobilize our staff and engage more people in our mission; and the organizational development and stewardship care to improve our effectiveness. The Board of MTI is seeking a leader to embody our values, grow our internal confidence and cohesion, expand our global impact, mature our stature in the sector, and continue our relational and creative approach to partnering with communities on their transformational development journey.
