Enterprise Risk Management Framework Adviser, Jakarta
The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance (AIPEG) is a Government of Australia funded project assisting Indonesia in undertaking economic and financial policy reforms. SMEC International, the Managing Contractor, seeks applications for a qualified Enterprise Risk Management Framework Adviser within the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) for a full-time position until June 2017 based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The successful candidate will work across the DGT areas of strategic planning, institutional design, risk management, internal compliance, evaluation, quality assurance and human resources. The position will support DGT to assess and respond to its risk levels and environment, and facilitate sound management of governance arrangements, programs and services. Significant experience in corporate governance in the context of taxation administration is essential for the role.

The remuneration will be set within the Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) which can be found on the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website. Remuneration may be set up to a level of Discipline Group D, Level 3, depending on the applicant’s skills and experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to mobilise rapidly following negotiation of a contract.
