We are looking for someone who has an intimate knowledge of sales processes and previous experience in front line sales. You must be detail-oriented, customer focused and an excellent communicator. Mining or construction industry knowledge will be considered a plus. This role is a supporting function to internal sales teams to pro-actively drive transformation of customer support processes in a bid to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Communication, stakeholder management and change management are essential within this role.
Job summary
As the Global Customer Support Coordinator you will develop and maintain global process guidelines for implementation at regional centres, whilst developing supporting documentation. With the regional team, you will facilitate implementation of enabling technologies and solutions. Planning and scheduling regular continuous improvement audits with regional centres including employee performance, process, customer delivery and satisfaction will form part of this challenging yet rewarding role.
The role will be based within Europe and will include substantial over-seas travel
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a minimum two years’ experience in a Sales management role and extensive experience in change management. Strong project management skills are a pre requisite to success in this role.
