The Credit Union sector in The Bahamas plays an increasingly important role in the country's economy. Finally, you will prepare guidelines and policies which will help credit unions come up to international best practice standards.

Alternatively, you may have a first degree with professional banking qualifications and more substantial practical experience of credit union principles, governance and management structures and policies.

A proven track record of developing risk-based frameworks at management level in a credit union bank, retail bank, microfinance bank or large microfinance institution using credit union principles will be essential.

You must be able to operate effectively in our multi-cultural setting and be a national of a Commonwealth country.
