Consumer Product Officer - SASATEL
JOB PURPOSE:
To handle all consumer product responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The individual will be responsible for the consumer product portfolio
Participate in sales events, sponsorships which target the consumer market
Work together with our direct sales team and develop attractive mobile and internet products
Look at new technology that can give Dovetel a competitive advantage in the consumer market
Understand the competitors in the market and how Dovetel fits in
Present price and product strategies for the management
Identify the most attractive phones for the market
Workshop together with marketing department to find new products that fit consumer segments
Problem solving related to advanced customer problems
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
College / university degree
Telecommunications experience is preferred
Experience in working in customer oriented business areas
Experience in commercial analysis and calculations
Good spoken and written English and Kiswahili
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong organizational skills
Pay close attention to detail
Leadership skills
Negotiation skills / Persuasive skills
Flexible, reliable, adaptable, responsible
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED
Microsoft office suite certificates
