Director of Programmes and Advocacy (£63,000 - £75,000)
Providing strategic direction for Lumos’ country programmes and international advocacy work, primary responsibilities include:
• Leading implementation of our programmes, advocacy and campaigning.
• Managing the programmes team, budget and annual planning cycle.
• Ensuring quality, impact and value for money in all our programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in health, education, social work or law, and at least 10 years senior management experience in international development/children’s rights. The post is based in London and will require some international travel.
