FINANCE AND CONTRACTS SPECIALIST, FOOD SECURITY, NEPAL
Tetra Tech ARD (www.ardinc.com) a leading international development consulting firmed based in Burlington, Vermont and Washington, D.C., is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified senior level candidates for a Finance and Contracts Specialist of an anticipated 5-year USAID funded Food Security Program in Nepal.
Responsibilities:
This position will be based in Kathmandu with travel to field offices located in Nepal. This individual will be responsible for the review and certification of all financial reports, data tracking, small grant and other subcontracting, commodity purchases, and financial coordination for the contract.
Qualifications:
• University degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of USAID financial management systems and regulations preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience
• Experience working on donor funded projects in Nepal
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to train staff in financial management systems approved by USAID
