International Trade Lawyer

Our Brussels International Trade Law team advises in all core areas of international trade issues. Currently, we are involved in many significant EU trade, customs and trade-related regulatory matters, and we act for the full range of industry sectors, whether producers, importers, foreign exporters or end-users.

We are currently looking to expand our international team with a skilled and enthusiastic associate.

Profile

• Fluent (able to draft and converse) in at least English and either French or German. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
• 1-3 years experience working in a law firm (experience working at one of the EU institutions is a plus), ideally in trade, customs and/or regulatory matters
• Ideally have an LLM from either a US or UK law faculty, and/or studied at Bruges (Collège d’Europe)
• Strong academic records
• Excellent legal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial
• Based in or willing to relocate to Brussels
