University masters degree or equivalent in economy and/or finance
At least 3 years of professional experience in a private or public finance institution or in the framework of international cooperation project(s) supporting investments and/or the private sector in developing countries.
Having worked or interacted with international finance institutions such as the EIB, the World Bank, the EBRD, IFC, Proparco, DEG, etc., as well as private investors or investment funds.
proven experience in the management of large projects as well as a perfect understanding of the risk-capital operations to be monitored.
Proven experience in project monitoring or evaluation and shall be fully conversant with EU Project Cycle Management.
Experience of external cooperation, notably of the EU and its funding instruments.
A good working knowledge of the Southern Mediterranean
Fluent in French and English
