SAVOT2/JICA which aims at providing skills training through public and NGO training providers is now seeking qualified candidates for the following positions.
[Project Assistant]
Main responsibilities:
To monitor activities of SAVOT’s partner training providers in Wau and assist their work according to Japanese experts’ directions
To report the progress of work to Japanese experts in Juba weekly
To come to Juba once a month to share the progress of partner training providers’ activities
To assist overall project activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Communication skills in English and Arabic or other local languages
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email)
More than 2 years working experience
Between 25 and 35 years old is preferable
Should have good communication/ human relation skills
Duty station:
Wau
Project will provide the accommodation and daily allowance for business trip to Juba, however, these allowances will not be paid in Wau. A resident in Wau is expected.
[Senior Project Assistant]
Main responsibilities:
To monitor overall activities of SAVOT’s partner training providers in Juba, Wau and Malakal and assist their work according to Japanese experts’ directions
To liaise with related ministries, donors and NGOs so that Project activities will be implemented smoothly and harmonized with other stakeholders
To coordinate other national staff’s work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Communication skills in English and Arabic or other local languages
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
More than 5 years working experience
Between 30 and 37 years old is preferable
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Should have good communication/ human relation skills
Duty station:
Juba *Might have business trips to Wau and Malakal
