Master of the High Court: Bloemfontein
Salary: R108 030 – R260 421 per annum (salary will be in accordance with OSD determination). The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement (Ref. 11/291/MAS)

Requirements
: • LLB or 4-year recognised legal qualification • Valid driver’s licence.

Skills and competencies
: • Legal research and drafting • Case flow management; • Estate duties • Trust • Dispute resolution • Computer literacy (MS Office) • Communication skills (verbal and written) • Customer focus.

Duties: • Administer deceased and insolvent estates, curatorships, trusts and all aspects related to the administration thereof • Render a professional service to clients in line with the service level agreements • Identify and report opportunities or problems that may impact on service level agreements or effectiveness of operations to the Assistant Master • Assist with training and development of new staff • Prepare all monthly management and court reports in the prescribed formats.
