We are seeking a Director for a new and unique leadership programme - the Creative MBA. The MBA will focus both on the need for high-level creativity in business and on the global business of the creative industries. You will understand the value of creative mind-sets, tools and frameworks in unlocking the leadership potential in individuals and the competitive potential in organisations. You will lead the forward planning, launch and delivery of the Creative MBA as a flagship programme of the University College. To do this with confidence and credibility, and to build an extensive network of high-value collaborators, partners and associates, you will need to have business experience of the highest calibre as well as experience of executive or business education, ideally at MBA level
