All Shell’s core businesses are represented in China: Exploration and Production, Gas and Power, Downstream (Oil Products and Chemicals) and Renewable Energy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop,formulate overall well contract strategy and deliver contracts and supply agreements in accordance with the Shell China Exploration and Production Co. Supply Chain Business Plan.
• Engage with Key stakeholders on contract strategy development.
• Contract formation and ensure leverage in country and regional where appropriate
• Work closely with Well leadership team to deliver fit for purpose contracts and business improvement
• Support Contract holders in developing Contract Management plan,contract management,and service quality meetings to ensure continuous business improvement.

Requirements:
• Commercial or Engineering with MBA or Supply Chain Management qualifications
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in Contract & Procurement (CP)/Supply Chian Management
• Strategic thinker and key influencer
• Work as Strategic business partners with Well, China sourcing,
• Strong commercial skills and cost focus
• Demonstrated ability to balance delivery of CP process improvements with the need to help the business meet its targets.
• Strong in process improvement and CP capability management
• Prefer candidate who are fluent in Mandarin Those with Well engineering background are encouraged to applyDemonstrated ability to lead and work in a multicultural environment
• Excellent relationship management with key stakeholders ( e.g. PetroChina )
 Strong interpersonal and team-building/leadership skills
