The Systems Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Provides technical assistance to identify and resolve product problems during the assembly and acceptance testing of engines
  • Evaluate material returned by external customers and Assembly/Test, and determine the extent of investigation, control and corrective actions required, and coordinate execution of same (including dispositioning material)
  • Assist in investigations as required by Service Engineering and/or Flight Airworthiness
  • Generate and Maintain engine Production Test Specifications
  • Identify quality escapes and coordinates control and correct actions to address same
  • Monitor and address customer 'build-line snags'
