Communication/Publication Clerk OIV

Under the supervision of the Director General you will see to the management of communications and the presence of OIV by ensuring in particular:
  • institutional communications (the preparation of activity reports, PPT presentations, corporate identity development, etc.);
  • internet communications (drafting and uploading articles about OIV activities, social network activities, monitoring of linguistic versions, etc.);
  • the press office (practical organisation of press conferences, drafting of press releases, press review, monitoring the database, etc.);
  • the compilation and circulation of works developed by the OIV (works by experts, communications for symposiums, etc., via different media, etc.);
  • the promotion of the OIV’s documentary fund (library, reviews, archives, etc.);
  • other tasks which may be entrusted to you
Selection criteria and qualifications
  • Must be a citizen of one of the Organisation’s member countries;
  • Graduate;
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of at least 3 of the Organisation’s languages (German, English, Spanish, French and Italian), and a good knowledge of the others is desired;

  • Attention to detail, writing skills, networking skills;
  • Ability to use all types of modern computer tools (please specify in your CV);
  • Knowledge of the vitivinicultural sector would be an advantage;
  • Ability to manage work depending on priorities;
  • Ability to work in a team.
