Following the company’s global expansion, GRM International is currently seeking a Business Development Associate for one of the company’s key global offices in Dubai. Underpinning this role will be the focus on Business Development…..taking an opportunity through the pipeline from seed to contract fruition.

More on the role:

• Work closely with bid managers to successfully coordinate and manage major proposal efforts;
• Help facilitate evolution of proposal strategy, such as competitive analysis, developing win themes and technical approach, visioning needed personnel, and selecting teaming partners;
• Support the final technical and cost proposal production and submission;
• Carry out business intelligence research to help position company/guide strategic planning;
• Support liaison with and efforts to build positive relationships with other international development organizations and a range of international donors.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in proposal development for DFID/other international donor funded programs; 
• Relevant degree qualification;
• Proven ability to successfully manage the full proposal development process;
• Organizational and writing skills and attention to detail;
• Superior financial acumen;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and with multiple/simultaneous bid efforts;
• Commercial “savvy” coupled with innate ability to think strategically; 
• The willingness to travel.
