In order to adapt to a fast-changing business world, we are constantly developing new partnerships and widening our portfolio with new seminars and executive masters in the different management areas, from general to more specialised disciplines. 

To help us in successfully carrying out our development and accomplishing our mission, Solvay Executive Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic full-time Programme Coordinator contributing to the coordination of several programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a senior project manager, he/ she will be responsible of:
Organisation
  • Taking care of the course organisation, including preparation of course material, classrooms and exams;
  • Providing daily support to participants and professors;
  • Organizing promotional events, networking activities, programme-related events and meetings.
Relations
  • Co-representing the programmes during promotional events and social activities;
  • Liaising with faculty and participants on general issues;
  • Following-up on general information request.
Administration
  • Processing applications, from initial submission to effective enrollment;
  • Following-up on alumni and participants’ administrative requests;
  • Processing and entering course-related data.

Profile

  • Outstanding command of French and English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Dutch will be an asset;
  • Previous experience in a support position or in the customer service area;
  • General interest for management sciences;
  • Experience as event organizer is an asset;
  • Experience in education is an asset.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, in particular attentiveness to detail and problem-solving attitude;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to manage time constraints in accordance to deadlines;
  • Sense of diplomacy and sound communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Strong service-oriented and quality-driven mindset;
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours to seminars’ schedule and events, including regular presence in the evening and on Saturday morning;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks at one time when needed;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Location and Working Regime

  • The job will be based in our Brussels headquarters, with occasional trips in the context of residential seminars;
  • The working regime will be of 38 hours per week, organized in accordance to the programmes’ schedules, including Saturday morning and several evenings during the week.
