Background

Ensuring policy coherence through the effective coordination of government policies and programs lies at the core of the mandate of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Rwanda (OPM). As a means of contributing to a ‘step-change’ in the quality of the upstream policy advisory services currently at the disposal of the OPM, a Prime Minister’s Office Support Team (PST) is being established within the Office of the Prime Minister. The PST will be expected to directly contribute to strengthening institutional coordination between and within different Government entities, around the implementation of priority programs.

It is against this background that the OPM with the support from the United Nations Development Program is looking to invite applications from qualified and experienced professionals, for the positions listed below:

• Institutional Development Adviser & Team Leader, Prime Minister’s Office Support Team (PST) 
• Coordination Adviser: Agro-Industrial Development 
• Coordination Adviser: Social Protection 
• Coordination Adviser: Infrastructure Development 
• Evaluation Adviser
