We are looking for a Major Donor fundraiser to join our growing Investment & Partnerships team. Our income has more than tripled in the past five years, we have received several international and national awards, and are repeatedly cited as a model of best practice in youth-led development by the World Bank, the UK Department for International Development (DFID), UNICEF, UNAIDS and other international development institutions. 

We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills and a “start-up” mentality to lead this income stream and its growth. This is an exciting time to join the team as we look to replicate our success with development institutions with Major Donor and support audiences.
