Consultant - Evaluation of PPA Consortium Performance

To assess consortium performance towards the end of three years of implementation of the programme term (2011 – 2014), Restless Development on behalf of the consortium will commission an Independent evaluation of its programmes. To that end, Restless Development would like to invite applications to undertake this multi-country evaluation and development review of M&E systems. The Programme Partnership Arrangements (PPA) are one of DFID’s principal funding mechanisms, with the current political climate and results-based agenda demanding a rigorous assessment of the effectiveness of funds disbursed to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, andresults.

Shortlisted consultants will be interviewed w/c 25th November with a decision made shortly after.

Start date is anticipated as Monday 2nd December (although negotiable for the right candidate)
