Emergencies Resourcing Advisor

The purpose of the job is to be responsible for the pro-active resourcing and strategic planning for the ERP Team. The jobholder will also be responsible for other internal and external pools of talent who can be deployed to our emergency response programmes.

The Emergency Response Personnel (ERPs) play a key part in the Save the Children UK emergency strategy. This is a new post to help give quality support to the growing ERP scheme where we will have around 70 to 80 ERPs that are placed around the world, who are either responding rapidly to emergencies or are working in one of our country programmes.
