Lumos Director of Programmes and Advocacy

Lumos is an international charity working to end the institutionalisation of children.

We are currently recruiting the following post:

Director of Programmes and Advocacy (GBP63,000 - GBP75,000)

Providing strategic direction for Lumos? country programmes and international advocacy work, primary responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation of our programmes, advocacy and campaigning.
- Managing the programmes team, budget and annual planning cycle.
- Ensuring quality, impact and value for money in all our programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in health, education, social work or law, and at least 10 years senior management experience in international development/children?s rights. The post is based in London and will require some international travel.
