Request for Proposals - Study to strengthen electoral processes and election institutes in the COMESA region.

This is a Request for Proposals to undertake an analytical desk and field study in COMESA member states to review the electoral processes in the respective countries and thus propose standards for the region; and also review the respective electoral management bodies including electoral commission and courts of justice with the view of strengthening them. In order to avoid duplication of efforts and also to minimize visits to member states for research purposes, the experts will also be expected to profile existing policies on good governance, actors and key stakeholders in governance in the respective countries.
