  • Help look for the best practices and tools for walk-in service delivery in the cellular industry to improve and exceed results
  • Maintain a custimer service culture

Minimum Job Requirements

  • 3 years operational & managerial experience in customer service or marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Service oriented
