PAE Government Services, under contract for the U.S. Department of State, is seeking applications from well-qualified U.S. citizens for the following position within the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE):

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Advanced education/certified training course in relevant field. Advanced degree in a management discipline an asset
• Minimum 10 years relevant, diversified and progressively responsible professional experience including at least 5 years at the management level relevant to the actual position
• Extensive working experience in senior level leadership positions in any of the following environments: diplomatic, civil service, non-governmental organizations, international organizations or operational Missions
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the political context in the Mission area
• Management and leadership qualities including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and process large amount of information
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in the development and management of projects (desired)
• Sound understanding of the main functional areas of the Mission's mandate (desired)
