WWF believes in a future where people and nature thrive. Best known as the world's leading conservation body, we're also committed to safeguarding the natural world through tackling the global threat of climate change. And by helping to change the way we live, we'll ease pressure on natural resources.

We believe that in addition to being knowledgeable about the social, cultural, political, economic and ecological context and being participatory, we achieve better outcomes with well designed projects and programmes using innovative tools and methods.

You will have excellent communication skills, work well across disciplines and be able to manage a small team who develop, design, implement, monitor and report on projects and programmes. You will have experience in project and programme management, and be knowledgeable about tools, methods and practices that enhance the design, delivery and adaptive management of these projects and programmes.

In addition, you will show strong leadership ability, and be able to link policy to programme work, plus know how to encourage and excite others to use best practice methodologies to improve their work. Ideally you will have good knowledge of learning mechanisms. A willingness to travel and experience in overseas work will be an advantage.
