The Centre of Excellence for English, Al Ain Colleges, is establishing a Teacher Training Centre to serve educational professionals in the Al Ain community. The Centre would provide Professional Development Qualifications such as the Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA), the Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA), the Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) and customized teacher training solutions and offer community workshops focusing on areas of interest or concern to teachers either in college or the local community.

The Teacher Training Centre seeks a Teacher Training Coordinator who will coordinate the development of teacher training courses for the Centre and to enhance the Centre’s reputation as a foremost ELT training provider. Candidates should have an MA in ELT/Education. An approved Cambridge ESOL Awards - CELTA/DELTA/CELTYL tutor. An approved Main Course Tutor for Cambridge ESOL Teaching Awards, and at least a few years of full-time experience in ELT teacher training.
