Advisor, Postal Regulation Cullen International

Cullen International is an established provider of reliable and independent regulatory information, covering a range of different sectors.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to support a Brussels-based project on postal regulatory issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • closely monitoring and reporting on regulatory developments affecting the postal sector at European Union and national levels; and
  • building a close working relationship with regulatory authorities, postal organisations and industry experts.

You:

  • have a strong background and experience of working in a regulatory or policy role within the postal sector;
  • have strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with strict deadlines;
  • have good writing skills - you write clearly and concisely;
  • speak clearly and to the point about technical/complex issues;
  • have a university degree (preferably in law or economics);
  • have good interpersonal skills;
  • are fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • have a good working knowledge of German, Italian or Spanish;
  • are hard working, professional and have a potential to work independently and to drive projects.
