Programme Officer - Cambodia & Philippines

CAFOD, one of the UK’s leading international aid agencies, is currently looking for a Programme Officer Cambodia/Philippines for our new offices in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager (DRR and Livelihoods) in managing and developing CAFOD’s programmes in Cambodia and the Philippines. You will be responsible for taking forward relationships with key stakeholders and partners at both operational and strategic level, contributing to the formulation of our strategies and goals, developing partnerships and programmes to achieve those goals while carrying out the programme appraisal, monitoring and review needed to implement and manage programmes in line with our values and working principles.

We are looking for an individual with knowledge and experience of humanitarian and development issues relating to Cambodia and the Philippines. You should demonstrate sectoral knowledge of DRR and livelihoods development programming. You should have strong skills in partner support and capacity building. We expect you to be fluent in English.
