Assistant, Application Support and Test Release- Simplify Interline Settlement (SIS) Project

Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Settlement (IS) Customer Support, the incumbent is responsible for performing tests of the SIS solution and providing support to the end-users (airlines) during the roll-out of the SIS service.


Perform Tests of the SIS software solution;
Provide ongoing quality control of the software;
Review and update test scripts and test cases;
Log defects identified while testing and follow up until closure;
Report the status of the assigned tasks;
Escalate issues to the Operations or Customer Support Manager;
Provide support to the end-users (airlines) during Pilot phase;


Degree in IT or related field ;
Experience working with Quality Assurance tools, processes and techniques would be a plus;
Good understanding of XML is very desirable
Strong analytical skills;
Think out of the box mindset;
Able to work under pressure and be a good team player;
Good communication skills (English is a must).
