Assistant, Application Support and Test Release- Simplify Interline Settlement (SIS) Project
Perform Tests of the SIS software solution;
Provide ongoing quality control of the software;
Review and update test scripts and test cases;
Log defects identified while testing and follow up until closure;
Report the status of the assigned tasks;
Escalate issues to the Operations or Customer Support Manager;
Provide support to the end-users (airlines) during Pilot phase;
Degree in IT or related field ;
Experience working with Quality Assurance tools, processes and techniques would be a plus;
Good understanding of XML is very desirable
Strong analytical skills;
Think out of the box mindset;
Able to work under pressure and be a good team player;
Good communication skills (English is a must).
