POSTING JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with-in a team responsible for: - Ordering & processing of all materials for broadcast. - Coordination of programme content localisation. - Adaption and voice-casting for programming Entertainment Channels across EMEA (currently 15 languages) Principle Responsibility: Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure Programme Operation Orders are received and the smooth running of business is carried out. Co-ordinate the Programme Operations elements of new channels and services and ensure all programme content is available in a timely manner for launch. Build good relationships with internal and external clients and vendors in order to ensure a smooth workflow and the continuous exchange of information. Ensure a high standard of language versioning is maintained across CNOs by working closely with WB Intl Dubbing Group, WB Technical Operations and programming teams within Turner. Coordinating the title translation process and checking of dubbed versions. Feedback any issues to the Programme Operation Manager so that these can be passed on to the studios Voice-cast all characters and co-ordinate translation process as required ensuring the creative integrity of the show is maintained whilst also localising to work within the territory. Continuous Collaboration with other Turner departments to ensure the best work flows are being implemented to maximize resource and efficiency. Ensuring Programming, MMOps, FM and all relevant departments are up to date with current delivery schedules. The Role Requires: A minimum of 2 years in the broadcast industry. A good understanding of subtitling and dubbing processes. Good knowledge of broadcast tape formats and relevant technical terminology. Proven success at working within a team and alongside internal and external departments. Proven skills in successfully managing restricted timelines and the co-ordination of large volumes of material. Bi-lingual. (strongly desired but not essential)
