Senior Brand manager, Release, Russia

Create Category strategy for Russia within Hub destination and strategy
· Delivery of GAME plan (in close cooperation with MM) & flawless execution of brand plan to grow NSV and CAAP ahead of expectations.
· Lead the implementation of all brand initiatives and manage change in response to competitor plans and external requirements
Top Accountabilities:
1. Drive growth of Release Category, including growing Captain Morgan, as well as launching/building NTW (new to world) brand(s) to beat plan NSV & TP and beat the competition. Contribute to Category strategy in close cooperation with MM and Innovation Team. Ensure tight A&P budget management and regular performance/ brand health management reporting into the MM.
2. LeadGAME Planning process for Captain Morgan and J&B, as Lead Release Innovation Agenda for F14 – lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong and aligned GAME plans for Release category (including Innovations) – Focused growth drivers, insights & programmes linked to global and regional brand strategy innovation agenda and hub financial goals
3. Execute brand GAME plan for Captain Morgan and J&B and NTW launches
· with flair
· with great execution of all key programs
· with S&S across R&EE region and from the globe
· with evaluation of key activities in place
· ensure all activities are DMC & legal compliant
4. Relationship – building of effective relationships across the business and with external partners:
· Developing strong effective high performing relationships with Russian teams – RLT/Commercial/Mrkt/Finance/Supply/Procurement/Legal/CR teams and GBT to effectively drive brilliant execution at the consumer and customers level.
· Aligning the groups to a clear vision using strong influencing skills
· Skilfully managing multiple stakeholder relationships

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· At least 6 years marketing experience (Diageo Marketing Experience is an advantage/Working with Premium brands is advantage)
