About The Coca-Cola Company
Everyone knows Coca-Cola. It’s the best-known product in the world. We’ve been making our most famous drink since 1886 and it still tastes the same.

But as a business, The Coca-Cola Company, we are constantly evolving – developing new products, acquiring great brands and pioneering new ways of doing things. Today, in addition to Coca-Cola, we sell three more of the world's top five non-alcoholic sparkling drinks – Diet Coke, Sprite and Fanta – and since 2009 have been the value leader in Water globally. Our products include water, juices, energy drinks, and even tea and coffee. Altogether, that adds up to more than 1.6 billion drinks around the globe every day.

We are present in 37 countries in Europe, organised as four business units: Central & Southern Europe (CSE), Germany, Iberia and North West Europe & Nordics (NWEN). These four strong business units allow us to operate at scale but ensure flawless delivery through local market operations which work closely with our bottling partners who manufacture, package and distribute our soft drinks.

This is an exciting time for executives to join us and help shape and form our business.  In return we offer our associates:
• The Coca-Cola Company's extraordinary heritage, our leading brands and the global scale of what we do.
• The challenge of meaningful work - our unique global system offers constant opportunities to develop world-class skills and a truly international career;
• A unique culture where people convert their passion into action.
• The kind of competitive compensation you would expect from a world leader.

We are focused on growth to realise our ambitious 2020 objectives but not at any cost. Our Live Positively programme ensures a culture of sustainability and social responsibility which begins with the people who work with us.

At The Coca-Cola Company, our associates have their own formula for turning passion into action. Together, that’s how we push the world’s greatest brands to new heights. What's your secret formula?

Position Overview
The incubation team is a small entrepreneurial team of three. The two Incubation managers report to the Incubation Director, himself reporting to NWEN Marketing Director.  The team are responsible for maximizing innovation success enabling us to meet the changing needs and demographics of our current and future consumers.  One Incubation Manager is responsible for Fresh Brew Hot Beverages (Chaqwa Brand – in Nordic markets today) and the other is responsible for Adult (Non-Alcoholic/Cold) Beverages.

The business:

• Developing and managing a “small medium enterprise” like business unit - leveraging the expertise and marketing infrastructure of The Coca-Cola Company.
• The business consists of incubating brands with patience and dedicated resources to a size and scale that are large and important enough to “survive” in the Coca-Cola beverage portfolio of big brands.
• Today the business of adult beverages in NWEN consists of the Tumult brand only.
- The Tumult proposition is unique. Is it a juice based beverage using a unique fermentation technology which gives a great, adult, sophisticated taste with no added sugar – mid cal, no sweeteners and no preservatives.   In some countries it would be defined in the emerging category of “fermentades”.
- We position it as an alternative to an alcoholic beverage - not as a substitute. The occasions we are targeting are the (social) alcohol occasions with a strong focus on the aperitif moment and the informal lunch occasion.
- The range consists of  two varieties (malt & fruity) and is available in cans and single serve glass bottles.
- Today the brand is incubated in Paris with high-end customer like Monoprix, Monop, Cojean, La Grande Epicerie, Nicolas Wine Store.  The plan is to progressively expand into national distribution leveraging learnings and the brand building.
- Further roll-out in the NWEN BU will be first started in London as a test in 2013.
