This EMEA Talent Acquisition Leader will support DuPont businesses across Europe, Middle East and Africa by identifying critical staffing priorities/needs and optimizing delivery using a variety of DuPont and third party recruitment delivery channels.  This role reports directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition with a matrix reporting relationship to the Director of Human Resources, EMEA.
A key part of the role will be to deploy common Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE) solutions wherever possible, seeking to drive standardization and re-use and customizing only where a standard solution will not meet a critical business need.  Solutions deployment will be focused on the countries within Europe, Middle East and Africa.
As a talent acquisition subject matter expert, the successful incumbent will play a strong educational and consultative role supporting the business staffing objectives.  The ability to build strong and credible business partnerships will be critical to success given that while some solutions may be deployed directly, other will depend on a wider virtual team.
Key Responsibilities
·         Building close working relationships with the business HR leaders and their teams to drive staffing solutions.
·         Derive a clear view of short, medium and long term staffing priorities for businesses across EMEA.
·         Put in place specific and time-bound plans to support the identified business needs and secure agreement on priorities, scope and content.
·         Providing regular updates to key stakeholders on progress to agreed business specific staffing initiatives/plans and territory specific staffing initiatives/solutions.
·         Ensuring that there is clear visibility to the staffing COE strategy, improvement/re-design projects and deliverables across the businesses in EMEA.
·         Playing a key role in identifying recruitment process excellence initiatives working to incorporate them into the regional and business specific staffing improvement plans.
·         Providing the businesses with critical staffing metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
·         Lead and facilitate the execution of staffing plans directly and through internal and external partnerships.
·         Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within EMEA; provide leadership and support to managers and HR staff engaged in talent acquisition.
·         Provide support for global talent acquisition COE improvement projects; lead staffing projects in other parts of the globe or across the region as required.

Experience Required
·         Delivering recruitment solutions within a complex organization.
·         Supplier management (performance, identification, negotiation, contracts) and supplier reviews.
·         Collating management information and staffing metrics.  Using recruitment data to identify and implement positive change.
·         Producing clear staffing plans aligned to business plans.
·         Identifying and driving staffing improvement projects.
·         Some project management experience.
·         Using multiple recruitment channels with the ability to clearly articulate strengths and weaknesses of each.
·         Appreciation of EMEA employment legislation complexity/environment.
