Financial processing manager

The generosity of our supporters creates the processing of a staggering £20 million every year. By helping us to process those donations quickly and accurately, you can make it add up to so much more for millions of the world’s poorest people.
Whether it’s a few pounds given during Christian Aid week, a response to an emergency appeal, or thousands of pounds left in a legacy, every donation we receive needs to be processed accurately, efficiently and quickly. By leading the work of our financial processing unit and liaising with other offices and external suppliers, you’ll make sure that happens. Because as well as guiding the work of your team, you’ll put in place the kind of high-quality systems and processes it takes to deliver that level of financial administration.
Strong financial management skills are essential for this role; You may be a part qualified accountant. You will also have considerable experience of working in a supporter-focussed environment. Whatever your background, you’re going to be someone who knows how to get the best out of people as well as systems and processes. You’ll be the kind of person who can inspire and motivate those around you.
More than half the world lives in poverty. We aim to put a stop to that. So we campaign against the inequalities that keep people poor and we work with local organisations to give people strength to find their own solutions to the problems they face, irrespective of their religion. If you’re as determined as we are to end poverty and injustice across the world, work with us to make change happen.
