We are now seeking a Grants Coordinator, to work closely with the Senior Manager for Donor Engagement and Reporting and ensure grants compliance with donor requirements.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
·         Compiles and edits narrative donor reports and liaises with the Finance Department in Geneva to ensure that both narrative and finance reports comply with donor requirements
·         Ensures all narrative and finance reports are accurately submitted and are on time
·         Develops and enhances systems to track donor reporting requirements
·         Supports the tracking/reporting of key donor and project milestones and deliverables
·         Oversees the grants filing and document management system and ensures that all grants and documents are kept up to date
·         Supports the proposal preparation process, and assists in the editing and reviewing of proposals
·         Writes or review donor communications such as responding to requests for information, and assists with donor visits.

Experience:
·         Minimum of 5 years previous experience working with international non-governmental organizations in donor reporting, grant coordination or program development / management
·         Significant prior experience working with US and EU donors required, knowledge of donor reporting requirements
·         Background in Finance, and familiar with developing project / grant budgets
·         Experience working in an entrepreneurial, matrixed, global organization highly desirable
·         Strong written, project management, and analytical skills

Qualifications:
·         Bachelor’s degree in international development, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration or suitable equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
