MX-Market Development Michoacan Manager

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Propose and negotiate the KO strategies and the BP Plans to be implemented on Bottler#s territories by Channel.

Align, manage and agree the Market Development DMI by activity with the Bottler. Negotiating the activities with North Region staff participation. Monthly discussions with the Bottlers to control the DMI expenses ensuring the right allocation of resources.

Work closely with the bottler to improve internal processes in order to maximize speed and effectiveness of Company's response to changing market conditions and enhance go-to-market.

Analyze Bottler´s Market situation in order to find issues and opportunities aiming at Company#s goals achievements, analyzing sales volume, distribution coverage, Nielsen and pricing reports in order to assist decisions based on facts.

Deeply Understand of Local Consumers and Customers needs in Key Channels, in order to guarantee best strategies to address main opportunities.

Develop Immediate & Future Consumption plans to increase volume, change package mix and generate more profitability to KO System Business analyzing issues by packages and developing activities focusing trade, sales team and consumers.

Manage implementation and track results of Traditional, Modern and On Premise/Emerging trade with the Bottler, appraising execution, analyzing tracking reports and communicating results to KO System.

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Five/seven years experience on KO System.

Required experience in Marketing and Operational marketing within KO or bottlers Orientation to Results

Adaptability, Initiating Action, Exerting Personal Influence and Market Oriented

Build value based Relationships

Planning, Negotiating, Organizing and Managing Projects and Budget

Teamwork

Problem Solving: Creative thinking. Use of information and data; Analytical thinking

Consumer and Trade understanding

Financial and planning knowledge.

Synergy with staff areas (Commercial Leadership, Marketing, K-Accounts, Emerging Beverages)

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor in Administration, Economy, Marketing and / or Engineering
- MBA (Desirable)
- English as a second language
