Position Summary:

Provides technical assistance and support to programs for English language Learners

 

Position Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and coordinates specific program activities relating to English Language Learners
• Collects, compiles and analyzes data
• Formulates iterative action plans based on data collected
• Provides technical assistance and support to the program
• Documents and share project progress, challenges, and lessons learned
• Participates in trainings to further the objectives of the program
• Works in tandem with other members of the instructional team to coordinate services provided
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated project coordination skills
• Ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with others

 

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Knowledge /Information services, Communications, Education, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social sciences or other field related to international/human development. Typically requires 3-5 years of project management experience. Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language as appropriate. Master’s degree in ESL Instruction or its international equivalent preferred.
