Assistant Manager - Strategy

Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated person with 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting. Candidates should have strong communication skills and relevant managerial experience. He/She should have a solid understating of strategic analytical and technical skills for both private and Government clients. This person should be adaptive to change and challenging situations that differ for each project. He/She should also be comfortable managing and coaching staff, and presenting and communicating directly with clients.
The positions involves assisting senior staff manage day to day project activities. It also involves coaching junior staff and leading by example. The Assistant Manager is the key personal that insures that joiner staff’s work is in-line with top managements objectives. Other responsibilities include direct contact with the client including client presentations, reviewing the consultants work and providing guidance and feedback, as well as insuring that the quality and standards of reports are in-line with PwC standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelors degree from a reputable university with a business or related background
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in a strategy house, big four, or similar firm
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Strong strategic skills
- Solid managerial skills
- Ability to travel as needed
