Finance Assistant - Finance Section
The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) invites applications for the position of Finance Assistant within its Finance Section, reporting to the Financial Accountant. The role maintains a cashier’s filing system, arranges payments, posts transactions, validates acquittals, reconciles petty cash and liaises with banks.
Selection Criteria
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
- A sound knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience using accounting software, preferably Navision
- Sound communication skills in French and English
- The capacity to work independently and as a member of a team.
The contract term is 3 years at a monthly salary of XPF 254,473 – 270,378, depending on qualifications and experience.
